GO Annotation of Behavioral Terms

We use Neurosynth to generate spatial brain maps of significant activation for 525 terms. We overlay these maps on the Allen Brain Atlas to extract genes expressed above background across 90% of the map, and input these gene subsets to the Gene Ontology to generate these images.
